What to Expect at Convention
INFORMATIVE KEYNOTES DURING MEALS
In the past we’ve had names like Gary Johnson, Adam Kokesh, and Tom Reginer on the keynote stage. This year, more keynoters will inspire you with their visions for the future of the Libertarian Party and restoring liberty in the United States. Our keynote sessions break up the business meeting.
GETTING DOWN TO BUSINESS
After breakfast on Saturday, our Chair will kick off our official business meeting. The business portion of the convention is free to attend, even if you are not credentialed as a delegate, you may sit-in to view. Only credentialed delegates may participate in the business meeting. We’ll break for lunch, then continue business in the afternoon, break for dinner, then continue business after breakfast on Sunday. Please see the official agenda, consent packet [coming soon], and full schedule for up to date information.
During Saturday’s business meeting, we’ll be electing the Chair, Vice Chair, Director at Large (1), and Director at Large (3) in accordance with our standing rules. Sunday morning we’ll continue with elections of all 14 Regional Representatives. See who’s in the running here. [coming soon]
FRIENDS & FUN
There’s more to LPFCON than just stiff, boring business! With several candidates, organizations, and special members hosting hospitality suites, there’s sure to be something for everyone. Check to see where the hospitality suites are. [sign up on slack]
